Any Equality or Human Rights Impact Assessments (EHRIA) or equivalent analyses completed before or after the decision. 3. Any policy papers, briefing notes, or communications discussing the equality, proportionality, or legal implications of treating Bus Éireann passengers differently from those using Go-Ahead Ireland or Dublin Bus services from the same stops. 4. Any records of representations, correspondence, or lobbying by Bus Éireann or its representatives concerning the inclusion or exclusion of its routes from the 90-minute fare scheme, including any meetings, emails, submissions, or discussions recorded in NTA internal notes or the Register of Lobbying under the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015.
