Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 I request the following records: Correspondence and communications incl. emails from Deputy Frank O’Rourke to the OPW and/or Rosemary Collier in relation to allowing vehicular access to Castletown House from Celbridge Main Street/Lime Tree Avenue. Correspondence, communications, emails, minutes of meetings, reports and notes taken at meetings between Minister Kevin Moran, Deputy Frank O’Rourke and Ms. Rosemary Collier of OPW regarding Castletown House and access to Castletown House from Celbridge Main Street/Lime Tree Avenue. Correspondence, communications emails, minutes of meetings, reports, and notes taken at meetings between Rosemary Collier and Minister Kevin Moran and/or Department personnel regarding Castletown House and access to Castletown House from Celbridge Main Street/Lime Tree Avenue. Records detailing the decision not to allow vehicles to access Castletown House via Celbridge Main Street entrance/Lime Tree Avenue to include the reasons for this decision.
