Did the Department of Health commission/pay for or otherwise support any study/report/review, etc on labelling in connection with either the Public Health (Alcohol) Bill 2015 or the draft regulations under section 12 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018? In particular, I am told that the Dept may have commissioned a study/report on labelling during discussions on the Bill as it was going through the Oireachtas.
