In respect of the last 3 years (ie 2016 to date) copies of all documentation (i.e memoranda, letters, notes, notes of meetings and all other materials whether held electronically, type, or hand written) at Ministerial / Official (ie Assistant Principal and upwards) levels which consider all issues (including rates/levels) relating to all classes of inheritance / capital acquisition taxes.
