Any documents (electronically held or physical copies) or correspondence (internal and external including emails ) related to the derogation from GDPR accorded to the DPC, OIC and auditor general in Article 60(3)c of the Data Protection Act 2018 (in the bill as initiated it was art 54 (3) c).
