Under the FOI Act, I am seeking the following: • The full plan for Ireland to retain its Nitrates Derogation as detailed in a memo brought to Cabinet on 14/05/2024 by Minister for Agriculture Charlie McConalogue. • All details of the 30 measures that have been introduced in the past two years along with the plan to improve Ireland's water quality, as well as the potential economic impact if the Nitrates Derogation is not renewed.
