I wish to make the following request under the Access to Information on the Environment (AIE) Regulations: 1. A copy of any RFT (Request for Tender(s)) issued in relation to vegetation management or maintenance to cover the period 2018 to present (12 November 2021). 2. Copies of audits that include examination of OPW vegetation management from 2018 to present (12 November 2021). 3. Schedule of works involving vegetation maintenance (including channel and bank maintenance) carried out by OPW or contractors on behalf of the OPW for the years 2018-2021 and 2022. 4. Records of otter holts from bank and channel maintenance works for the period 2018-2021, and what mitigating measures were taken for each case. 5. Correspondence OPW regarding content of Twitter account @Ecofact in period 1 January 2018 to present (12 November 2021). 6. How many ecologists are employed by OPW at present (12 November 2021)? I wish to request the above information to be sent to me in electronic format (and in a searchable format where possible) within 20 working days as outlined by the statute. If my request is denied in whole or part I ask that you contact me at the earliest possible date to provide assistance to amend my request if necessary, and justify any deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act.
