Date range amended with Requester on 20/05/2025 to the following: Search to start from January 1st 2020 and to end June 1st 2021. I am seeking copies of all communications between the Minister for Health and Dr. Rita Doyle, relating to COVID- 19 policy, during her tenure as President of the Irish Medical Council, which concluded on June 1st, 2021. This request covers communications involving Minister Simon Harris (up until June 2020) and Minister Simon Donnelly (from June 2020). The scope of this request includes (but is not limited to) emails, letters, meeting minutes, briefing notes, and any other form of written communication.
