Accordingly can you please provide details of all instances of slaughterhouse non- compliance with animal welfare legislation that have occurred in your council area between 01/01/2014 and 31/07/2017. For each instance of non-compliance can you, at the minimum, include: i) The date/month it occurred ii) The species affected iii) The slaughter stage at which it occurred eg handling/stunning etc iv) The nature of the non-compliance v) The severity of the non-compliance vi) Any enforcement action taken
