In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: – all paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between the parties in that time period – all final versions of briefing material prepared by officials ahead of the meeting – minutes for the meeting – records of all material presented at the meeting
