This includes, but is not limited to, dates, meeting minutes and attendees. Meetings refers to all forms of dialogue, including physical meetings, online meetings, or telephone conversations. 3. Copies of all correspondence between the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications and Kibo Energy, or any of its representatives or subsidiaries since January 2016. Correspondence refers to electronic or physical messages.
