Any and all documents (e.g. emails, letters, memo’s) related to the CIÉ Superannuation Scheme 1951 which the Department received from CIÉ since the 1st of June 2024. 3. Any and all documents (e.g. emails, letters, memo’s) related to the CIÉ Superannuation Scheme 1951 which the Department either received or sent advocating for pension benefit reduction(s) or the implementation of the Labour Court Recommendation LCR 22297 since the 1st of June 2024.
