Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

I wish to make an application to the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications under the Freedom of Information Act with respect to a meeting held by Minister of State (Department of Environment, Climate and Communications) Ossian Smyth and officials from the department with representatives Imperial Brands John Player and/or other representatives of the tobacco industry between the 1st of September to the 31st of December 2023. I would like to secure copies of all files, including consultation notes, correspondences, minutes etc relating to these meetings. In particular, I wish to establish details of when these meetings occurred, who attended them, what issues were discussed and what actions, if any, were taken on foot of these meetings.
