Requests for records pertaining to Planning and Development Act 2000 (Exempted Development) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 detailing 1. Change of use applications to register a non-Principal Private Residence as a short term let received since July 1st 2019 to date, the number granted, the number refused and the number still being processed. 2. The number of notification forms received for Principal Private Residences as short term lettings since July 1st 2019 to date. 3. The number of complaints received by the authority about suspected breaches of the said regulations. 4. The number of Enforcement Orders or warnings issued by the Council arising from breaches of the Residential and Tenancies Act 2019 and subsequent regulations as since 1st July 2019. 5. The number of staff and budget of the local authority directly attached to short term lettings regulation and communication written or electronic between the Local Authority and the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government in relation to requests for extra resources arising from the new regulations on short term lettings.
