All records of any category relating to the exclusion of grades including the exclusion of each/all three Voluntary Hospital grades from the said Report No 42 increases from 1st June 2024. These records to include, but not confined to, communications up to date, between the Department of Health and other parties such as the HSE, DPENDER IBEC and Fórsa, as well as internal Department of Health records. Also, records of communications between Fórsa and the HSE held by the Department. My request includes all documentation/records in all formats between the Department of Health, the HSE and DPENDER from March 2024 up to the Conciliation Conference on 27th May 2024 that relate to the potential or intended exclusion of any groups from the proposal to pay Report 42 from 1 June 2024..
