In the period of 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2025: Request for all emails sent by officials of the department to the Housing Agency’s Underwriting Team and Chief State Solicitor's Office (CSSO) which relate to: 1. The eligibility of non-EU applicants under the Local Authority Home Loan (LAHL) scheme; 2. The interpretation or application of residency criteria, particularly Section 3.4 of the Credit Policy; Any instructions, requests, or guidance to pause, defer, suspend or hold the processing of LAHL applications involving non-EU residents
