In accordance with Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records that I believe to be held by your organisation: Details in ownership changes regarding the freehold/leasehold title to Leinster House Parliament Buildings and surrounding gardens. I would like to ascertain if the state holds the freehold to its Parliament building or if it still only holds the leasehold. Should the State now hold the freehold, I would like to know the details of its purchase. If leasehold is all that it held, please let me know the rent that is due under the lease and to whom it is payable or paid to.
