Details and copies of all regulations applicable to and procedures followed by Galway County for the felling of a tree on private property including details of all relevant statutes and legislative acts. Details and copies of all correspondence, investigations, reports, briefings, consents and licenses entered into, carried out by, or on behalf of, issued to and/or issued by Galway County Council in order to lawfully and legally fell a mature tree at Y, Shannonbridge Road on or about 7 April, 2016. Details and evidence of the cost of the said felling operation and details of any tender process followed to secure any outside contractor for the same said felling operation. Details of any and all plans for the recoupment of the said costs for the said felling. Details of any and all notice parties to the said felling action. The identity of the designated officer dealing with this Freedom of Information matter. No exemptions or redactions save for private contact details. Although electronic copies of the above are acceptable in the first instance I reserve the right to have sight of, and to inspect the original documents with my own eyes, as may be necessary and required.
