Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting access to any records held by the Department of Foreign Affairs relating to: 1. Any formal permission, authorisation, or delegation of authority granted by DFA to Back for Business, Fitzsimons Consulting, or Paula Fitzsimons to use Irish State emblems or branding elements (e.g. the harp, shamrock, or Irish Government visual identity) in the context of the Back for Business initiative. 2. Any internal or external correspondence discussing or approving the use of Irish State emblems or branding by this initiative or its operators. 3. Any coordination or communication with the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment regarding approval or delegation of emblem use or branding rights for Back for Business or Fitzsimons Consulting.
