Further to Parliamentary Question 7839/16, the name/type of munitions in each of the 38 munitions exemptions requests that were refused in 2015 and the county of origin of those applications that were refused. In each of the 38 refusals, I am seeking a text of the advice received from the Dept of Foreign Affairs in each case of refusal. I am also seeking correspondence from the Dept to the parties involved in the 38 refusals containing the order that the Dept has refused the application.
