1. A schedule of all records contained in the archive of the Inter-Departmental Committee to establish the facts of State involvement with the Magdalen Laundries (IDC) which is held by the Department of the Taoiseach. This request covers the period from June 2011 to present. 2. All records held by the Department of the Taoiseach in relation to the deposit of the archive of the work of the IDC with that department. This request covers the period from June 2011 to present. 3. All records held by the Department of the Taoiseach in relation to requests to access the archive of the work of the IDC. This request covers the period from June 2011 to present. 4. All records contained in the IDC archive which is held by the Department of the Taoiseach. This request covers the period from June 2011 to present. 5. All records held by the Department of the Taoiseach in relation to the IDC’s investigation of deaths which occurred in the Magdalene Laundries, including but not limited to the following: i. The exhumations at High Park, Drumcondra in 1993; ii. The number of deaths in the laundries; iii. The identities and gravesites of women who died in the laundries; iv. Women who died the in the care of the religious orders after the closure of each Magdalene Laundry. This request covers the period from June 2011 to present. 6. All records held by the Department of the Taoiseach in relation to the IDC’s investigation of the number of women confined in each Magdalene Laundry. This request covers the period from June 2011 to present. 7. All records held by the Department of the Taoiseach in relation to the IDC’s investigation of the level of physical, sexual and psychological abuse in each Magdalene Laundry. This request covers the period from June 2011 to present. 8. All records held by the Department of the Taoiseach in relation to the IDC’s investigation of the finances and accounts for each Magdalene Laundry. This request covers the period from June 2011 to present. The requests are for records that include but are not limited to: Internal and external correspondence (including with other government departments) Minutes of meetings Notes or memos in relation to discussions or telephone calls Maps, photographs or other visual materials.
