FOI Request – Pre-Planning Consultation Ref. PP6058 (related to Planning Application 2560371) I request access to all records, notes, and correspondence relating to Pre-Planning Consultation Reference PP6058, which may be connected to or have influenced the assessment of Planning Application Ref. 2560371. Specifically, I seek: 1. Any written records of the pre-planning meeting (PP6058), including minutes, file notes, correspondence, or internal memos; 2. Any drawings, reports, maps, or submissions provided by the applicant or their agents as part of that pre-planning process; 3. Any records of advice given by the planning authority to the applicant in relation to PP6058; 4. Any references to PP6058 in internal communications, including those of the assigned planner for application 2560371; 5. Any documents showing how, if at all, PP6058 influenced the planner's report or recommendation on 2560371. I am making this request as a concerned third party to ensure transparency and accountability in the planning process, and to better understand whether and how non-public consultation may have informed the planning decision.​
