Records from 1 January 2018 to date held by Dublin Bus relating to incidents between cyclists and Dublin Bus vehicles - such incidents to include collisions, altercations, interactions and any other form of incident. Such records to include, but not be limited to: • Logs/records of reports of incidents to Dublin Bus from members of the public (whether via Customer Feedback Form, email, or otherwise) • Logs/records of reports of incidents to Dublin Bus from Dublin Bus staff • Any other logs/records of reports of such incidents from any other source • Any Dublin Bus investigations, procedures, outcomes, lessons learned, corrective actions, etc. • Dublin Bus standard operating procedures relating to such incidents
