In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details:- A copy of a letter sent by the then Garda Commissioner to the chair of the OPW on November 4, 2015, discussing the criteria for a new Garda command centreI would request that this information be provided in digital format, although if this is not possible any other format is also acceptable.
