I am submitting a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I am seeking the release of the following records related to foreign influence activities: 1. All invitations or communications received by members of the Oireachtas from Russian or Chinese entities, organizations, or individuals offering trips, accommodations, or meetings in Russia or China from January 1, 2017, to present. 2. Records of any internal communications discussing the appropriateness of these offers, or any responses issued by the Oireachtas or the Department of Foreign Affairs, specifically concerning trips or meetings in Russia or China. 3. Specific references to meetings with high-level officials (e.g., Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, or representatives of the Russian or Chinese governments) sent to TDs or Senators during the above period. 4. Any documented discussions, guidelines, or briefings issued to members of the Oireachtas on engagement with foreign representatives or participation in foreign conferences/events relating to Russia or China. 5. Records concerning guidance provided to Oireachtas members on how to handle invitations or interactions with foreign intelligence or trade representatives from these countries, especially in the context of bilateral trade, economic forums, or political dialogue.
