Any policy documents, guidelines, memos, or records outlining the selection process for DSSAG members and/or detailing the appointment process. 2. Any records outlining a formal structure for direct input from parents and carers in DSSAG meetings or decision-making or referencing the risk or consequences of not seeking or having such input. 3. Meeting minutes, attendance records, and related notes from DSSAG meetings. 4. The name and tenure of the current DSSAG Chair, including records indicating whether they are on secondment from another civil or public service role.
