Under the FOI Act, 2014, I am seeking all records for the period from 1st December 2020 to the 15th March 2021 with regard to the tender of ‘named business group’ for the EPPM SaaS Framework (RFT 177211), and the decision made by your Department to exclude this tender, including all records as regards the assessment and evaluation of this tender under both the selection and award criteria. This should include, but not be limited to, minutes and notes of meetings, records of assessments and all internal communications including e-mails, notes of conversations including telephone conversations, reports etc.
