Records of communication in 2016 and 2017 between the DOD and / or the Defence forces to either the Dept. of Transport and / or the Irish Coast Guard advising them of the unavailability for a significant period of time of the CASA aircraft for the purpose of SAR Top Cover. The unavailability I understand at the time was due to lack of key staff in Air Traffic Control and Aircraft Pilots.
