REFINEMENT: On Saturday 31st August, John Higgins of Lortstev Construction Ltd. emailed to agree the revised wording for FOI request FOI 100.24 as follows: "Forvis Mazars were appointed as Receiver to Lortstev Construction. Mazars have sold a number of properties (Nos. 13-18 Elmore Lawns, Knocknagoran, Omeath) which are contained within Folio LH17648F. Louth County Council has a judgement mortgage registered against Folio LH17648F. I am seeking under FOI, records of any payment(s) by Forvis Mazars to Louth County Council towards discharging the judgement mortgage registered against LH17648F".
