Intel Ireland Ltd. has reported meeting once with Department officials between January 1 and April 30 2024. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: • All paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between the Department and Intel Ireland Ltd. between 1 January and 30 April 2024 • All briefing material prepared by officials ahead of the meeting between the parties • Minutes for the meeting • Records of all material presented at the meeting
