• The number of applicants granted permission to remain by the Minister under s. 49(4)(a) of the International Protection Act 2015 (the "Act") for each of the years 2017, 2018 and 2019; • The number of applicants denied permission to remain by the Minister under s. 49( 4 )(b) of the Act for each of the years 2017, 2018 and 2019; • The number of review decisions made by the Minister under s. 49(7) of the Act for each of the years 2017, 2018 and 2019; • The number of applicants granted permission to remain following review by the Minister under s.49(7) of the Act for each of the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
