I wish to use the FOI Act to request the following information;1. I refer you to the attached report of KCLR96FM that the OPW Kilkenny Castle Park Playground was reopened after recent works; I would therefore like to request a copy of records held by or for the OPW relating to the decision making behind the closure of this Playground and the in turn reopening of same- to include but not exclusive to audits, reports (including draft reports), complaints, and internal and external correspondence re same.https://kclr96fm.com/kilkenny-castle- park-playground-closed-until-further-notice/2. I further refer you to the Kilkenny castle Facebook page where on the 31/5/2018, where the Post states; “Playground Finale update: Following essential Health & Safety Works, the Playground is now reopen.
