Can I refer you to the agenda for the Government meeting on 18th March 2002. Item 8 referred to the closure of the 1994 to 1999 Community Spending Programme and its "closure" Under FOI can I procure the documents associated with THAT agenda item (the 1994/1999 closure programme report) and a copy of the discussion and minutes relating to the end Government decision which is referenced “Gov Decision S 29721” dated 18th June 2002.
