Any record, report or any other document that includes details of the total costs of the loans, broken down for the years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015; Any application form, assessment form, assessment criteria, operational scheme, record or any other policy or document in relation to the operation of the caravan loan scheme for the years 2012 to date.
