I am requesting access to records regarding the use of helicopters for emergency medical or care purposes (aeromedical service requests) provided to any politician(s) in Ireland, from local councillors to national-level representatives, from January 2020 to the present Specifically, I seek access to: 1. Records of any helicopters usedfor emergency medical or care purposes for politicians, including instances where a helicopter was arranged on behalf of a politician for a family member or loved one. This includes, but is not limited to: - Flight logs, - service requests, or mission reports,Correspondence or documentation approving or authorizing the flights, and - Any related internal or external correspondence 2. Details of the circumstances under which these flights occurred, including: - The reason for the emergency call-out (e.g., medical necessity, specific events), - The positions or roles of the individuals involved, and - The dates of the flights 3. Records of costs incurred, including: - Invoices, receipts, or payment records, and - Any documentation related to funding sources or reimbursements 4. Records of the service provider or entityresponsible for arranging the flights, including contracts, agreements, or correspondence with the service provider.
