Total number of sick days taken by Council staff in 2016 and 2017,number of sick days taken with a medical certificate and number which were uncertified,any reasons for these absences and what if any sanctions were taken against staff i.e.disciplinary action or dismissal if the absences were continuous and uncertified in 2016 and 2017.Any estimate,if it exists,of the loss of productivity in days or in monetary terms due to sick days taken in 2016 and 2017.
