Any and all records and environmental information generated or held by the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine which relate to the recording of the presence and/or levels of viral components in the waters surrounding Cork Harbour North Channel and Rostellan in the period from 1 January 2011 to date. 2. Any and all records (including any records in draft form) and environmental information generated or held by the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine which relate to the presence and/or effect of faecal coliform in the waters surrounding Cork Harbour North Channel and Rostellan in the period from 1 January 2011 to date. 3. Any and all records (including any records in draft form) and environmental information generated or held by the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine which relate to the impact on the human population of any viral and/or bacteriological components in the waters surrounding Cork Harbour North Channel and Rostellan in the period from 1 January 2000 to date. 4. Any and all records (including any records in draft form) and environmental information generated or held by the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine which relate to the closure of oyster fisheries in the waters surrounding Cork Harbour North Channel and Rostellan in the period from 1 January 2000 to date; 5. Any and all records (including any records in draft form) and environmental information generated or held by the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine which relate to investigations into – and/or any determinations, decisions, or recommendations regarding the safety for human consumption, or otherwise, of shellfish fished in the waters surrounding Cork Harbour North Channel and Rostellan from 1 January 2000 to date. 6. Any and all records (including any records in draft form) and environmental information generated or held by the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine relating to any permissions granted to oyster farmers since 1 January 2000 to sell oysters which had been fished from the waters surrounding Cork Harbour North Channel and Rostellan.
