“Under the FOI Act 2014, I request copies of the following, covering the period 1 Jan 2021– present, insofar as they are held by the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission in its role as National Rapporteur on Trafficking: 1. The raw or aggregated datasets received from An Garda Síochána, Department of Justice, or other agencies that underpin IHREC’s annual reports on human trafficking (with particular reference to cases of sexual exploitation). 2. Any data dictionaries, coding manuals, or methodology notes explaining how cases are categorised (e.g. sexual exploitation vs. labour exploitation, domestic vs. cross-border). 3. Any trend tables prepared internally for briefing Commissioners or the Oireachtas (e.g. breakdown by gender, nationality, age group, county). Please supply in electronic format where available, with personal data redacted if necessary.”
