Under the Freedom of Information Act I am seeking access to the following records: 1. Records relating to the approval or refusal of applications relating to the waiver of pension abatement where former staff of public bodies had returned to positions within the public sector following receipt of public sector pensions. In particular, I am seeking access to records where the waiver had been sought after the staff member had taken up a new public sector post. I am not interest in any records of a personal nature, and wish to access only records where reasons for decisions are outlined. 2. Records, if such exist, setting out the legislative basis for the refusal of waiver where the waiver application had been submitted post the re-engagement date.
