I request access to all non-personal records relating to the concurrence of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform to the increases to pensions of transferred civil servants in payment under the An Post Main Superannuation Scheme, 1990 which were authorised by the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources during 2022 including, but not limited to, records relating to the “not less favourable” guarantee in section 46(4) of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act 1983. I would prefer to receive copies of the records electronically.
