“I am requesting information in relation to any documentation, emails or files including all maps and drawings between Tipperary County Council and Singland Homes for the development of 19 social housing units through a turnkey development procurement Ref 201453 to confirm if there is any reference to a Phase 2 or proposed phase 2 Development related to Plot D in the contract or is there any reference to Phase 2 or proposed Phase 2 development related to Plot D in any of the supporting contract related documents including all maps and drawings similar to the reference to Plot D – Phase 2 that is shown in the Site Location Map (Doc id 652576) which is part of the Planning Application for Plot A, B and C as shown in the link below from the Tipperary County Council's ePlanning website https://www.eplanning.ie/TipperaryCC/AppFileRefDetails/201453/0 ​The below image clearly show there is at least 1 known reference to Plot D in a planning permission for Plot A, B and C"
