The records I request should detail the following: •Any business cases etc. prepared by or for the department or ministers by staff in the department or external consultants •Submissions etc. received in relation to the merger of the CAA with the IAA and splitting the IAA into two new bodies, including any such submissions from the CAA and IAA •Records etc. on proposed new staffing levels and any increases in staff numbers for the new configurations •Correspondence etc. concerning buildings/accommodation for all future needs of the amalgamated/split bodies •Reports etc. concerning rebranding and other sundry costs associated with this project •Documents etc. to back up the claim from department official Ronan Gallagher at the Oireachtas transport committee of July 10th that costs would be in the region of €5million to €6million •Minutes of the High Level Steering Group established to manage this issue
