I request the following records within the period 1 January 2024-present: 1)A copy of the recent audit of the Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) with an overall rating of “Unsatisfactory”; 2)A copy of the recent Travel and Subsistence Audit 3)A copy of the recent Celtic Interconnector audit; 4)A copy of the recent Climate Action Plan - Process for Tracking Delivery of DECC Actions audit 5)The audit committee meeting in April 2025 discussed a potential fraud incident with an agency with an update report and/or lessons learned report were discussed/provided. Please release a copy of any such records.
