The number of reported slips, trips and falls in all HSE hospitals reported from the 1st of January 2011 to date. 1.Please include what percentage these incidents make up of all adverse events reported. Please include a list of what classifies as an adverse event. 2.Please advise what the most commonly reported incident types of falls are, and how many of each occurred. 3.Please advise how many serious injuries resulted from these incidents. 4.Please advise if any of these patients proceeded to take legal action against the hospital.
