Access to any records held by the Department of Finance concerning the collection, policy, evaluation, oversight, or statistical reporting on Irish financial accounts and assets held by persons or entities who are tax resident of other jurisdictions. This includes: • Briefings, reports, statistics, memoranda, and correspondence relating to Irish financial account classified as non-Irish tax residents; • Any country-level breakdowns or analysis of account ownership bases on declared or determined tax residency. • Any legal or policy documents reviewing the basis for such data collection or implications for financial regulation and sovereignty; • Internal assessments of operational, regulatory, or privacy considerations. This request excluded data exchanged with foreign governments and is confined to material gathered or analysed by the Department or its agencies.
