Copies of inspectors' reports from inspections of animals in circuses from 2015 and 2016 (where available) - as set out in then Minister Coveney's animal welfare measures announced in 2014. I would also request clarification on the qualifications of said inspectors in the context of 'exotic animals' such as tigers, elephants, etc.
