I would like to apply under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act for the following records held by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment: Copy of correspondence between the Workplace Relations Commission and/or the Labour Court and the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment since 01 November 2025 on the Government’s new action plan to promote collective bargaining which was launched by the Minister for Enterprise on November 5th 2025.
