A copy of all information memorandum that Údarás na Gaeltachta or the Department of the Gaeltacht personnel provided to the individuals below, that allowed them to make assurances that specific customers of Arramara Teo would be guaranteed supply of product on reasonable terms and conditions into the future: Minister Dinny McGinley, Minister of State at the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht. Minister Heather Humphries, Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht. Ms. Anna Ni Ghallachair, Udaras, Chairperson of the Board of Údarás na Gaeltachta. A copy of all information memorandium provided by Údarás to the Department of the Gaeltacht and Minister Humphries in support of the following statement she entered into the Dáil record on 15th July 2014: I am advised by Údarás na Gaeltachta that continuity of supply to Arramara's existing Irish customers is assured. One of the conditions of the sale agreement between Údarás na Gaeltachta and Acadian Seaplants Ltd related to existing Irish customers of Arramara Teo being guaranteed supply of product on reasonable terms and conditions into the future. In that regard, údarás na Gaeltachta has confirmed that the sale agreement provides for the protection of future supply to existing Irish customers of Arramara Teo, with no increase in price for Year 1 and with prices advantageous to the Irish customers as against international customers being secured. It is also understood that Acadian Seaplants Ltd has covenanted to continue to supply the Irish customers.
