Copies of records of documentation used, relied upon, or otherwise referred to, by the Minister, for the purposes of Section 72(2), Section 72(3)(a) - (d), Section 72(4)(a) - (e), of the 2015 Act, concerning the countries designated as safe under the 2018 Order. 2. Copies of records of documentation used, relied upon, or otherwise referred to, by the Minister, for the purposes of reviewing the situation in the countries designated as safe under the 2018 Order. 3. Copies of the Minister’s notification(s) to the European Commission pursuant to Section 72(6) concerning the designation of certain countries as safe under the 2018 Order.
