I refer to Liam Hennessy's briefing note to the Sec General dated 5th March 2010 copied to Messers Downes. Watt, McNally, McGrath and the Sec General's office. The letter refers to "some background papers”. Point no 6 refers to a ET & E reply to the Ombudsman in 2005.Under the FOI Acts can you please provide me with a copy of that reply. Can you also provide me with the annortation by the Sec General as indicated in Point no 1.
